Annex Architecture designs high-end custom homes. Their brand needed to represent the modern quality of their design portfolio while reflecting the warmth of the personal relationships that are at the foundation of all of their projects.
By using a balance of geometric typefaces, intriguing negative space, and bright accent colors, we were able to achieve a band that is modern yet warm.
