My Role: Senior Designer, CBRE

In my role as a Senior Designer for CBRE, I get the opportunity to build upon established brands and create new ones, all to convey a property's unique qualities to our target audience.

One Franklin Square is most well known for hosting the Washington Post. The marketing materials take inspiration from newspaper spreads to create a bold and captivating layout.

Woodmont Tower became The Woodmont. The modern typeface, high-contrast colors, and an abstract ‘W’ symbol all represent the modern renovations planned for the property.

18 W Franklin is a charming brownstone located in historic Baltimore, MD. The brand and marketing materials complement the rich history of the building while showcasing the robust photography and property features.

805 King Farm is a fresh take on an already-established brand. We built a copy-driven identity around the existing logo, an abstract crown, that conveys the vibrant energy of the surrounding neighborhood.
